Kitting & Manufacturing

Kitting & Manufacturing

Organising and assembling parts is one of our team’s many jobs in kitting and manufacturing, other cases involve organising and assembling parts used in manufacturing products into bundles to deliver to the point of use.

PROCUREMENT, MANUFACTURE AND ASSEMBLY

Here at Dynamic Engineering the basis from which a project can grow is recognising the procurement of the correct materials and equipment. The project’s success depends on the vital competent supplier who, in order to create the right kit, can assemble the components.

Situated in Doncaster and working within our 12,000 sq. ft facility, we provide turnaround solutions for the procurement, manufacture, and assembly of components. Working with our customers we use their bill of materials (BOM) or work on designing drawings to put together fully assembled specific kits.

Quality is guaranteed in accordance to our customers’ requirements as all our work is tested using our fully accredited ISO 9001 quality management system.

Packs of kit, which can include anything from fasteners and fixings to full product installation kits, are something uniquire that we can offer to our customers and are becoming an increasingly wanted service with our previous customers.

Configuration, bench testing and esd

Equipment Configuration

Within our fully equipped facility we are able to offer configuration services for client’s equipment. Some systems do require alterations in the initial earlier stages, however getting the latest, correct configuration on equipment before it is taken to site can be a key part of the project.

Bench testing

For each project a test rig is created so that all equipment needed can be tested before it leaves our facility. This is a key part of our quality management system and has proven to reduce the risk of down time with onsite installations. Each electrical component is tested such as power supply, router, network switches etc.

electrostatic sensitive device (esd) protected area

Our facility is equipped with an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). Our EPA features the control systems/items required to minimise the chance of any damage to ESD sensitive equipment.
